Welcome to Evolved Humans Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our courses, you confirm that:

  • You agree to follow these Terms

  • You agree to our Privacy Policy

  • You will not misuse the platform or its content

If you do not agree, please do not use the Academy.

2. Your Account

To access our courses, you must create an account on Thinkific.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Not share your account with others

  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Course Access & Usage

When you purchase or enroll in a course, you receive a personal, non‑transferable license to access the content.

You may not:

  • Share course materials publicly

  • Copy, download, or distribute content without permission

  • Resell or reproduce any part of the course

  • Use the content for commercial training unless approved in writing

All course content is protected by copyright.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Thinkific’s approved payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

By purchasing a course, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information

  • Pay all applicable fees

  • Understand that prices may change in the future

We do not store your credit card information.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the course sales page:

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds are only provided where required by law

  • If a refund policy is offered for a specific course, it will be clearly stated

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at admin@evolvedhumans.org.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Evolved Humans Academy — including videos, text, worksheets, frameworks, branding, and course structure — is owned by us.

You agree not to:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Sell

  • Reverse‑engineer

any part of our content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities

  • Harass or harm other learners

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site

  • Upload harmful files or code

  • Misrepresent your identity

Violation may result in account termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our courses “as is.”

We do not guarantee:

  • That the platform will always be error‑free

  • That AI tools will always function perfectly

  • That results or outcomes are guaranteed

Your progress depends on your own effort, learning, and application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, AI errors, or platform downtime

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the platform

  • You engage in harmful or illegal behavior

You may also request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Academy means you accept the updated Terms.
