EHR-Certified is a professional development certification, not an academic degree. KHDA regulates schools and universities — professional development certificates do not require KHDA approval. EHR-Certified operates under EvolvedHR Academy's ANCFZ free zone licence and is recognised as a professional credential by UAE and GCC employers, equivalent to certifications from bodies like the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

CIPD is built around UK employment law. SHRM is built around US employment law. Neither covers UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, WPS compliance, Emiratisation quotas, MOHRE audit preparation, or UAE visa and work permit processing. EHR-Certified was written from scratch for the UAE. It is also significantly more affordable — CIPD Level 3 costs AED 8,000–15,000. EHR-CHP starts at AED 599.
EHR-Certified complements any existing HR qualification. Many CIPD and degree-qualified HR professionals working in the UAE enrol specifically to fill the UAE law knowledge gap their existing credentials left. The EHR-CHM designation is particularly popular with international HR professionals who are qualified abroad and now working in the UAE.
EHR-CHP takes most students 4–8 weeks at their own pace, typically 3–5 hours per week. EHR-CHM takes 8–16 weeks. All courses are self-paced with lifetime access — there is no deadline and no time pressure.
EHR-Certified designations are awarded for life — they do not expire. When UAE Labour Law updates significantly, EvolvedHR Academy issues update modules to all enrolled students at no extra cost. Your certificate remains valid and current as long as you are an active student.
