Who has a quota
Private-sector companies above a certain headcount, in skilled roles, have Emiratisation targets set by MOHRE. Rules differ by sector and by company size and change from year to year, so last year's answer may not hold. Check current rules with MOHRE before relying on any figure, including ours.
